During a five hour workshop, we get together in person and nut out your marketing plan for the year ahead.
In the workshop we cover key elements such like; Getting to know your Brand and Practice, Who are you talking to, What are you trying to say, and How we are going to deliver that message.
From that workshop Sharpe Marketing will create the Practices' Marketing Strategy for the year ahead.
Once you sign off the strategy, we as a partnership, decide on the time commitment.
Your lead marketing contact will sign off on the package that the Practice wants to commit to for the next 12 months and Sharpe Marketing becomes your virtual Marketer throughout that time.
